Allied Storage has worked on a significant project, enhancing storage solutions for the Glenpatrick Spring Water facility, located in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The company is recognised as the largest retailer brand manufacturer in Ireland’s water and soft drinks sector.

Glenpatrick Spring Water is to be completed over the coming weeks and our team are excited to be involved in this significant project and improving efficiency through the implementation of cutting-edge storage systems designed to optimize space and improve operational workflow.

Advanced STOW Shuttle System: Incorporating 4 state-of-the-art shuttles to streamline storage operations and increase output.

Block A Configuration: Featuring 10 lanes of STOW racking, each accommodating up to 40 pallets, across 7 levels.

Block B Configuration: Consisting of 5 lanes of STOW racking, with a depth of 26 pallets, also across 7 levels.

Total Capacity: The project will enhance the facility’s storage capacity to a total of 3,710 pallets positions. Maximising Warehouse Space: utilizing and maximising capacity at the warehouse facility at Tipperary.
