Allied has completed a large Pallet Racking project for Fonua at their facility in North Co.Dublin. Our installation comprises of 150 bays of Adjustable Pallet Racking 11m high x 3.6m wide, with a combination of 5/6 & 7 beam levels.
Each level is decked with steel mesh panels with a UDL of 3000kg used for storing 3000 pallets which are accessed by Reach forklift trucks. Rack end barier are fitted to the end of eac row of pallet racking to reduce collision damage with all uprights fitted with floor mounted column guards.
There are also 64 bays of steel adjustable shelving incorporated within some of the bays of Pallet Racking to allow for smaller picks.
